Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the company’s services, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms referenced herein. Service Usage

Limitation of Liability

In all cases, the company’s aggregate liability for any claim related to the services will be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the applicable services during the twelve months preceding the claim, or a nominal amount where no fees were paid, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate access in accordance with contractual arrangements or for violation of these terms. On termination, the company may suspend or delete accounts, remove content, and cease provision of services. Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations and provisions that by their nature survive termination.
Changes to Terms
The company may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the services or other reasonable means. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users should review the terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
